This page explains how Telkana handles website enquiries and information associated with payments and subscriptions.

Effective 24 August 2026 · Updated 7 September 2026

What we collect

When you submit an enquiry, we collect your name, business name, email address, the type of website help you select, any optional message you add, and which Telkana form you used.

You can choose to email us directly instead of using the form.

Why we use it

We use this information to review and reply to your enquiry, keep a necessary business record of the conversation, and protect the form from automated abuse.

Telkana does not currently use advertising trackers or analytics cookies on this website.

How it moves

The form runs through a Vercel function. Depending on service availability, the enquiry is stored in Telkana's configured Supabase database and Resend sends a notification email to the Telkana inbox. These providers process information as part of delivering that service.

Payments and billing

Payments are handled on Stripe-hosted checkout pages. Stripe collects the payment and billing details needed to process a payment or subscription. Card details are entered on Stripe, not into the Telkana website enquiry form.

Telkana can access the customer and transaction information provided through Stripe to match payments to agreed projects, manage subscriptions, and maintain business records. This may include your name, business name, email, billing details, payment status and invoice history.

You can use the billing portal to manage an existing subscription and payment details. Stripe processes personal information under its privacy policy.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry and transaction information only as long as needed to respond, manage the business relationship, maintain necessary business records, and resolve security or legal issues.

Your requests

You may ask about access, correction, or deletion by writing to kendrick@telkana.com. Some records may need to be retained for legitimate business or legal reasons.
